3. We repair and bench-test the display.

4. The repaired display is shipped back to you.

What to send:

Send the display/screen only, remove all wiring and the trim piece for the center speaker. 

Turnaround:

Typical turnaround is 3-4 business days after the display is received.

Important:

This service is intended for ghost-touch and touchscreen-related failures. It does not guarantee correction of receiver, power, wiring, software, CAN-network, or other unrelated infotainment problems. Physical, liquid, or severely damaged units may require additional approval before repair.

Warranty:

Repairs are covered for 1-year against recurrence of the repaired touchscreen fault. Physical damage, liquid damage, installation damage, and unrelated electronic failures are excluded.
